Mark Riden

Born and raised in Southeast Tennessee, I have a tremendous amount of passion for this area. I’ve always wanted to give back and be a positive contributor to the community I live in. Opening my State Farm office in Cleveland in 2012 gave me the perfect opportunity.

I was born and raised right down the road in Etowah, TN (where I also have 2nd State Farm office). I graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, TN where I attended on a full basketball scholarship. I married my college sweetheart, McKenzie, who is a teacher at North Lee Elementary here in Cleveland. We have 3 kids and stay very busy with all their activities. Most of our afternoons and weekends are spent at a ball-field, in a gym, or at church where we keep our kids very involved.

Our office goal is to blow you away with a top notch customer experience. My team is made up of high level individuals that have a shared goal of making sure each customer's individual needs are taken care of during each interaction with a smile on their face. We help people every single day plan for their worst days and recover from the unexpected challenges life can throw at them. Our passion is our community and the people that live here.

We are flexible. We can meet you wherever you choose to do business whether that be face to face, text, email, or a virtual meeting. We provide old school customer service with the option to use new school technology.
