Brandy O'Neal works in a remote role and handles our billing and service. She is a Nashville native, but now calls Franklin home. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has been with State Farm since 2012. In her free time she loves working out, decorating cakes, and spending time with her husband, Zach and her two children, Sean and Addie. And we can’t forget the newest addition to the O’Neal crew, their sweet puppy, Benji.
