"My experience goes as follows. Around 10 am I walk into this office to get settled with new agent since I'm new to the area. She looks up account since I've been with state farm for close to 40 years. She looks at account and mentions maybe a higher deductible would help me since I'm an old man on disability and watch every dime. I said OK, let's get this fixed. But immediately informed me that she had an appointment with therapist and she would get it done afterwards and get back with me. She called to say she needed wife's license number. Why? State farm already has it. But that afternoon, I sent it. That was on a Tuesday. Didn't hear anything Wednesday. Thursday i texted to see if she was finished. She hadn't noticed that I had sent info Tuesday. She said " i am currently working on it". By Friday, i am very aggravated from getting zero service. Mind you, I had gone to get a quote from another company and was sent a quote in an hour. I send text asking for copy of insurance so that I'll go elsewhere. She sent two quotes of which neither was correct and sent them in two minutes of my text. She hadn't done anything in 2.5 days and sends illegitimate quotes that are completely wrong and had just been pulled in a hurry because she hadn't done her job. But I'm the bad guy for getting upset with incompetence. When I send text of my disappointment in their service, no apology. So if your out there aggravated at the way the world has turned bad, these people are the best example of how it has."
